Your Right to Data Deletion

You may request the deletion of all data associated with your account and connected advertising platforms at any time. We honor all data deletion requests promptly and completely.

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to bishop@battlebridge.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request", from (or naming) the email address associated with your Ads Arsenal account. Optionally include which connected ad accounts or platforms the request covers; otherwise we delete everything associated with your account.

You can also revoke Ads Arsenal's access immediately yourself, before or instead of a deletion request, from the advertising platform's side: remove Ads Arsenal under Business integrations in your Meta settings, under Third-party apps & services in your Google Account, or under Manage app access in your TikTok settings. Removing the app invalidates our access immediately; then email us to have the already-stored data deleted.

What Gets Deleted

Upon a verified deletion request, we will remove:

• Your account credentials and profile information, and all login sessions
• Advertising platform connections, including the encrypted access and refresh tokens we hold for them
• All stored advertising account data: ingested performance metrics, campaign and ad metadata, and budget data
• Insights, recommendations, and the decision history recorded against them
• Conversion sources (including their webhook credentials) and all stored conversion events, including raw event payloads
• Activity and audit logs associated with your account

Verification Process

To protect your data, we verify your identity before processing a deletion request. Verification is normally confirmation that the request comes from the email address on file for your account; we may ask for additional identifying details associated with the account.

After Deletion

Once your data has been deleted:

• Your access to the Ads Arsenal platform will be revoked
• All connected advertising account data will be permanently removed
• This action is irreversible — deleted data cannot be recovered
• You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete
