Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Ads Arsenal platform ("Service") operated by BattleBridge ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Ads Arsenal is a digital advertising analytics and recommendation platform. The Service reads data from connected advertising accounts across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and other supported platforms, and provides performance dashboards, reports, and evidence-backed recommendations. The Service operates in recommend mode: it proposes changes to your campaigns, and changes are made only with your explicit approval.

3. Account Access

Use of the Service requires an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Authorized Use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes related to managing and analyzing your advertising campaigns. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service to violate any advertising platform's terms of service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
• Share your access credentials with unauthorized parties

5. Advertising Platform Data

The Service accesses data from third-party advertising platforms on your behalf. You represent that you have the authority to grant us access to the advertising accounts you connect. We access and use this data solely as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and functionality, is the property of BattleBridge and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your advertising account data.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable access to the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BattleBridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BattleBridge from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

10. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your data at any time. See our Data Deletion page for instructions. Data will be deleted within 30 days of a verified request.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may request account termination by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
