To connect TikTok ads, open your Property and choose Connect TikTok. TikTok asks you to approve access, then Ads Arsenal lists every advertiser account your TikTok login can open. Tick the ones that belong to this Property and choose Link selected accounts. Data starts flowing within minutes of connecting for most accounts, up to an hour for large ones.
Connect with the TikTok login that can open the advertiser account, either directly or through your Business Center. Ads Arsenal reads your advertiser details, campaigns and results, and applies the changes you approve, such as a pause or a budget change. See How approvals work.
The TikTok login you used cannot open any advertiser account. In TikTok Business Center, check that this login has access to the advertiser account, or ask someone who does to connect instead. Then choose Try connecting again.
To add another advertiser later, choose Connect TikTok again from the Property's Settings, under Accounts. Advertisers already linked stay linked, and reconnecting one keeps its history. If the Status column shows a dash, TikTok did not return the account's status; you can still link it.
